Do you charge sales tax?:
We are headquartered in Langley, WA and only residents of Washington state pay a 8.3% sales tax. All orders shipped to addresses outside Washington State are exempt from sales tax.

Shipping & Order Status

Shipping Policies: 
We try our best to get your item out as soon as possible.  Most items that we sell are in stock and ship within 24 hours of purchase. We make every effort to ensure the fastest possible delivery.  Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders shipped on Friday for Next Day Air will be delivered on the following Monday. Saturday delivery is an extra charge. Please contact us if you require a Saturday delivery. Packages shown as delivered by the carrier but not received must have claims filed by the customer. If you believe the package was stolen you must file and provide a police report before we can resend the package. Orders outside the U.S. may be subject to additional tariffs, taxes, customs or duties charged by the destination country and are the customers responsibility. These charges are not shown on the order and are not within our control.

What is an address correction charge?:
Incorrect shipping addresses (wrong house #, wrong zip, missing apartment #, etc) will incur a $5.00 charge for ground packages and $10.00 charge for air packages if correction is made after package has shipped. Incorrect addresses may also result in delayed delivery. Please double check your shipping address for accuracy.

This fee is charged to us by FedEx and UPS for incorrect addresses and will be billed to the credit card your order was placed with. If you feel you have been charged this fee in error, please contact us so we may dispute the fee with the package delivery company. We appreciate your understanding.

How do I know if my order has shipped?: 
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with the details of your purchase. When the order ships you will receive a second email confirming that your order has shipped. Tracking information will also be included in that email so that you can easily track your package. For questions about tracking, please contact us and include your name and order number.
 

How do I cancel my order?:  Please contact us. Orders will be cancelled if items have not been processed. Please see the returns section for further details on returning your product. If Free Shipping or Discounted Shipping was applied to the order, all of our shipping costs (inbound and outbound shipping charges) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Return Policy-If you buy it and can't use or don't want it, we'll take it back!

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product from the SeatBeltPros.com, simply return the new, unused product in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund (NO returns accepted after 30 days) or exchange minus shipping and a 15% restock fee. Does not apply to "Special Order Items" which are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, actual shipping charges will be applied. Missing/Damaged/Incorrect Merchandise claims must be made with 7 days.
Once installation is attempted, parts or accessories modified, soiled, damaged or visibly used, no credit will be given. Parts received as such will be returned to you at your expense.

How to Return an Item:
You must begin the Returns process within (30) days of delivery.
Provide the following information via email:

You will receive Return Goods Authorization (RGA) information via email within two (2) business days. Follow the instructions supplied in your email for returning your items(s). Using this format is how we prefer to do all returns so that both you and we have written proof of the request and of the date that you submitted the information. The RGA Number must be written in the return address.  
(Any item returned without an RGA Number on the box will not be accepted, and the return shipment will be refused).

The returned item must be received by us within 10 days from the date the RGA number is issued. (i.e., if the RGA is issued on the 10th, we must receive the returned item on or before the 20th.) Packages must be returned with some type of “delivery confirmation” option that requires us to sign for the receipt of your package. This protects your interest by requiring us to document “package received” and “date received” to a third party. If you are not sure that your package will arrive back to us within 10 days, you may choose to expedite the shipping of the return package. If it is not received within the 10 days from the date the RGA was issued, credit cannot be issued for any amount. Packages that have obvious damage will be refused and will be returned back to you by the carrier where you can inspect the product for damage and file a claim with the carrier. If Free Shipping or Discounted Shipping was applied to the order, all of our shipping costs (inbound and outbound shipping charges) will be deducted from the refunded amount. A 15% restock fee will be applied on all parts returned for a refund unless the merchandise is proven to be defective as shipped or was incorrectly shipped by SeatBeltPros.com, No merchandise will be issued credit of any kind if it has been installed, modified, soiled, damaged or used in any way. Merchandise that is not in new condition or returned incomplete will be returned to you at your expense. Credit will be issued within 30 days of receipt of return.

Undeliverable/Refused Shipments:
Packages that are refused by the receiver or returned as undeliverable will incur a 25% restock fee.



 
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items:


 
All shipments should be inspected at time of delivery. Packages that have obvious damage should be refused and will returned back to us by the carrier. If, you accept the package and upon inspection of the parts, you find damaged, missing, or incorrect items you must contact us within 5 business days. DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED PARTS TO US. keep the package and parts as close as possible to the condition in which you received them. Without the package, the carrier will void your claim. Claims for shortages due to carrier negligence must be made within five (5) working days of receipt of merchandise. Please call the following numbers to report damaged shipment: UPS: 800-PICK-UPS.
 
Backordered Products

While we strive to keep our website updated on out of stock items, there may be an occasion where a product that you order is not in stock. You will be notified by email if this happens. By default, the out of stock items will be placed on "hold" status along with any other items ordered. While an order is pending, your card will not be charged for the merchandise. As soon as the item is restocked, that item will be shipped. You are welcome to cancel or change the items on your order while on pending if you do not want to wait for the product(s) on back order.  Please read cancellation policy below. This does not apply to Special or Custom Orders. If you wish to split shipments, additional shipping charges will apply.

 
Order Cancellation & Modifications
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please do so by email. Orders and modifications can be made up until the time that processing is complete. If the item(s) have already shipped, the normal return policy applies. This does not apply to custom or special orders.
 
Special and Custom Orders
Please examine the product details closely and order color swatches to be sure you are ordering the product you need as Special & Custom Orders will require payment in advance and are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order enters our production schedule which can be as long as 3-4 weeks before the item ships.

FAQ: Will this seat belt fit in my vehicle?
Our seat belts are a universal product and with little or no modification will work in any vehicle. Generally, if you are replacing a seat belt with one of the same style, little or no modification should be necessary. Because our seatbelts are not specific to individual make and model vehicles and are an aftermarket product and because of liability limitations we are not able to offer installation advice and cannot provide compatibility for specific vehicle make and model. When installing a seat belt into a vehicle that previously did not have them or upgrading a vehicle with a different style seat belt, retrofitting may be required. If anchorage points are not present, they must be safely added before installation. All US passenger cars, beginning with 1962 models, have seat belt anchorages for at least two lap belts in the front seat. Since January 1968, vehicle manufacturers have been required to install lap belt anchorages for each front and rear seating position and upper torso belt anchorages at each forward facing outboard seating position. On January 1st. 1972, this same requirement became effective for trucks. In 1986, GM began phasing in 3 point (lap belts with shoulder restraints) for the rear outboard seats of their vehicles and the other major U.S. manufacturers followed suit over the next 3-4 years.
